Title I

All GESD schools qualify for Title I federal funds which are used to supplement instructional programs. Title I funds are allocated based on the number of students at each school who qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Title I services vary from school to school based on the school improvement plan. For example, some schools provide after-school tutoring while others may have small groups for reading intervention during the day.
