Getting Students To School Safely and Reliably

The Glendale Elementary School District Transportation team is committed to ensuring each student’s journey begins and ends with safety, reliability, and care. Through the use of advanced safety technologies and eco-conscious vehicles, we make trust and confidence the foundation of every ride.

Safety First, Every Ride

  • Real-time Tracking
Each bus is equipped with GPS, allowing us to monitor its location and respond promptly if issues arise.

  • Secure Boarding with RFID Passes
Students use electronic RFID passes to board and exit safely at their designated stops.

  • Audio and Video Surveillance
Buses are fitted with audio and video systems to maintain safety, accountability, and transparency during each trip.

  • Eco-Friendly Propane Fleet

GESD Launches Required Bus Registration for 2026–27 School Year

Beginning this 2026–27 school year, GESD will require all eligible students who plan to ride the school bus to register for transportation. Families who believe their child is eligible can submit a transportation request through the Edulog Parent Portal Bus App, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once submitted, GESD will verify the student’s eligibility and assign the nearest available bus stop. Requests take up to 24 hours to process, so download the app and submit yours today to help ensure your student is ready to ride!
