A note from Challenger's Principal Mrs. Molina

Challenger has gone under some significant changes since last year.  Included in these changes was bringing in a new administration.   Mrs. Birrell, our Assistant Principal, and I are very excited to be a part of the Challenger Family.   We are excited to get to know each and every one of our students and their needs to provide a quality educational experience.

I believe it takes rigorous instruction and a vision for the future for a child to be successful. It takes parents, educators and caring adults for a child to find success.   In my first year at Challenger, I have come to appreciate the dedicated school staff and their drive for ongoing student achievement.  When bright minds, a strong work ethic, a love for children and boundless enthusiasm are combined, good things happen in the classroom. Our teachers are focused on one thing – every student learning, every day.  They communicate frequently and work together to help each other perform at the highest level possible.

We are working towards building strong relationships with our families and are grateful for every opportunity we have to invite parents onto our campus.  We hope that you will continue to support your child by participating in as many programs and activities that are offered at Challenger.

Challenger has recently been named a Performing School by the State of Arizona.  We will make every effort so that the high level of performance continues.  I am thankful for the chance to guide our students towards success.
